I am up, I am excited. Today is my long-planned Virtual Tea Party. Start time 12, high noon. Guest count seven (7), eight including me, close gal-pals who I have not seen nor chatted with extensively with in some time.
We’ve got a lot to talk about …Other stuff than just COVD19. Can’t wait.
In preparation we all are setting up using our best Tea Pots, Teacups and plates to enjoy my fresh baked Buttery Banana Nut Bread (I had it sent to all the Ladies), selected teas and sure to add a touch of ginger and lemon. We added to our real Tea experience: the hat, the gloves, and the make-up making it a real fun day after being couped-up within the confines of our homes for months, the kids, the husband, minimum or suspended bathroom privileges . A mess!
Hold on…. we are all assembled, zooming in.. I’ll let you know how this FAB Tea party goes….
OMG the party was exquisite, and I’ll tell you what assisted in our High Tea, we added a couple drops of Michter’s Bourbon to our tea, the very best!
After all, we all were surrounded by designated drivers, kids, husbands, all just waiting for another assignment!
All went well, had a ball… Thanks for showing up for High Tea everyone!
